Why do I need a pet sitter instead of a boarding kennel?
Pet sitting or our in home boarding is a lot less stressful on your pets while your away vs. a boarding kennel. Kennels are cold, noisy, stressful and lonely for a dog to board all day. Pet sitting allows your dog to have free run of their own home/yard in their surroundings. Our In home stay program takes it one step better then pet sitting, by allowing your dog to become part of our family while your away. They have free run of our home, play time with the family and other dogs and they get to sleep next to a warm body on their doggie bed or one of ours. Let your doggie(s) go on vacation while you have to be away. No kennels, hard floors and lonely nights here.
What is the process to get started?
First we will interview you over the phone to make sure we can provide you with exactly what you need, and we will quote you a price. From that point we will schedule a Meet & Greet Interview with you and your pet w/in one week of your first requested service. At this meet and greet we will meet you and your pet(s), complete the required forms to provide you service, obtain the necessary contact and emergency contact information from you so you may be contacted during your absence, obtain keys, and get a detailed list of all that you would like done in your absence.

How many staff members do you have?
Just my Husband, Myself and my Mother currently. We may occasionally have others passing out flyers or assisting in promotion, however only my Husband, Myself and my Mother will be entering your home and caring for the needs of your pets.
Why do I need my yard picked up regularly?
It is ALWAYS important to keep a clean yard, but particularly here in Texas. One of the most common transmissions of disease in your precious pet is via waste remains. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the yard is unhealthy and unsafe for us to play with your pet in. It is our responsibility to prevent disease transmission to both our clients pets and our own personal pets.
What breeds do you work with?
All Breeds are welcome to our services! As long as they are friendly enough to allow for services to be preformed and are up to date on health requirements. We have special knowledge and handling skills with bully and molosser/mastiff breeds.
What are your business hours?
We are open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week for your emergencies. We understand there are many things out of our control that leave us in a stressful position regarding our pet loved ones. This is why we offer around the clock PET EMERGENCY SERVICES. Surcharge fee of $5-$10 applies to services requested during Emergency Hours.

Emergency Hours:
Monday - Saturday (7:30 pm - 7:00 am)
Sunday (All Day)

Cash, Checks, Credit, & Debit.
How long have you been caring for pets?
We have been pet owners/lovers most of our lives. Participating in rescues, fostering, extended pet education and much more. We have officially been in business since March of 2006.

What vet do you use in case of Emergencies in your home?
We have currently switched vets and now use Keller Town Animal Clinic located on Keller Parkway. However we use Southlake Emergency Animal Hospital for after hour pet emergencies.
